About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer HVAC to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. As a Trainer HVAC, you will play a crucial role in educating and upskilling our technicians on the latest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technologies and best practices. This full-time position will be based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training program on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Conduct hands-on training sessions in our state-of-the-art training facilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and adapt training content accordingly
- Provide technical support and guidance to our nationwide network of HVAC technicians
- Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate feedback and insights from the field
- Maintain detailed training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training program
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training capabilities
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a diverse audience
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
- Willing to travel to different locations within Indonesia to provide on-site training
