Trainer Dumptruck

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both theoretical (in-class training) and practical training for dump truck operations to new trainees/operators.
• Evaluate training participants on both theory and practical performance.
• Give feedback and prepare training result reports.
• Ensure the entire training process is conducted in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Educate participants about safety procedures when operating dump trucks in mining areas or project sites.
• Be a role model in promoting a safe work culture and operational discipline.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Dump Truck Operator for 3 years or more.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Have Training of Trainer (ToT) certificate.
• Preferably hold a certification in dump truck operation from a certified training institution (e.g., BNSP/LSP or equivalent).
• Able to deliver in-class training systematically and interactively.
• Capable of conducting practical driving training in a safe and standardized manner.
• Understand operational and safety standards in the mining/construction industry.
• Communicative, assertive, and able to manage training sessions effectively.
• Willing to be placed at the company&aposs operational sites as needed.
