1. bachelor&aposs degree of mining engineer 2. 5years experience mining industry, preferably in the engineering dept 3. 2years experience in a leader or supervisor role required 4. strong communication skills,both verbal & written 5. organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines 6. able to manage team 7. strong execution of technical report 8. have POP or above certification 9. excellent communication & interpersonal skills
