Trade Telemarketing Agent

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Vape retail stores to strengthen FOOM presence & maintain strategic relationship
• Introduce and explain Trade promotions / programs, Trade supports, and New Product Launch
• Collect and record requests, feedback, and customer inquiries
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure participation in Trade Marketing programs
• Work closely with the Trade Marketing teams & Sales teams to align on campaign goals
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Provide feedback from customers regarding market trends, competition, and product reception
• Create reporting by submitting daily call reports and insights
• Handle objections professionally and maintain positive relationship with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; Diploma/Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, or communication is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Telesales/Telemarketing/Desk Collection
• Familiarity with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Start ups or Retail Industry is preferred
• Experience working with Sales or Marketing teams is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel / Spreadsheet
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills (effective & persuasively)
• Time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player with problem-solving and a proactive attitude
• Experience in a sales marketing-driven environment
• Knowledge of telemarketing or call center operations
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead generation process
