I - Job description:
- Develop and deploy trade MKT programs/activities (including trade promotion, in-store merchandising, in-store activation) and cascade to distributor & salesforce for implementation.
- Based on sales performance by SKU by branches and inventory, develop sales & demand plan and work with supply chain to manage adequate product supply to manage effective inventory
- Market visit to evaluate deployment and effectiveness of all programs/activities. Collect and report competitor activities
- Work with MKT to integrate PULL PUSH campaign and deploy to Distributor & Salesforce for execution
- Manage Trade MKT budget via optimizing each programs/activities through review, evaluation, and report
- Other sales support activities required by Manager
II - Job Requirement:
- Relevant bachelors degree
- At least 2 - 4 years same position in FMCG environment (Prefer Food & Beverage Manufacturer)
- Understand selling process, customer behavior, distributor operation
- Understand basic marketing
- Teamwork / aggressive/good English communication/ Self-driven/ Proactive/ Win-win mindset/ Problem Solving
- Able to travel
