Polibeli is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy categories.
Role Summary
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales performance across offline and online channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for MT, GT, and EC channels;
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities;
- Plan and implement promotional activities and sales programs;
- Create marketing materials, including designs and graphics;
- Manage POSM (Point of Sales Materials), including planning, production, and distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field;
- 23 years of experience in trade marketing (online and offline);
- Experience handling marketing campaigns across MT, GT, or E-commerce channels is a plus
- Experience in managing POSM is an advantage;
- Basic ability to create marketing materials (e.g., Canva, Adobe is a plus);
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
