What You Will Experience:
- Developing category plan and strategies to improve sales in store.
- Selecting, pricing and positioning of category products by channel.
- Tracking and monitor Fundamental (AO, MSL, SKU, Call Compliance, Program, etc).
- Maintain category documents and records according to company policies.
- Tracking and monitoring DDR (FOX Project, Zone, Homebased)
- Sales morning brief and JCWA.
- Inventory turnover goals and maximize sales current SKU & NPD.
- Build strong working relationship with customers for new business opportunities branding & dress up in store.
- Stay updated on category trends and competitive market.
- Communicate information about new products and changes to relevant teams within the company.
- Prepare data for Business Review Management.
- Work consists of analysing the latest sales and loyalty data, attending focus groups to gain fresh shopper insights and a variety of reporting.
- Providing analysis helps aid our company to make important business decisions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree any major, preferably Marketing/ Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years experiences Trade / Analyst, with 2 years in Managerial level.
- FMCG experiences is a must.
- Advance in Excel, Power BI/Tableau is a must.
- Good analytical skill and attention to detail.
- Good attitude and communication skill.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Willing to be located in Makassar.
