Job Description

A Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for driving product visibility and sales in retail channels through in-store promotions, POSM management, and sales analysis. This role works closely with the sales team to ensure strong execution at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-Store Activation: Execute and monitor in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and POSM placement.
  • Channel Execution: Implement marketing initiatives across channels (modern trade, traditional trade, or e-commerce).
  • Data & Reporting: Track sales performance, promotion results, and market insights to support business decisions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets.
  • Budget Monitoring: Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Retail Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with store leaders, buyers, and retail partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in Trade Marketing or Sales (experience in diapers, milk, or baby food industry is preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and daily coordination with SPG and store teams
