Trade Marketing Admin

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of trade marketing strategies and programs
• Track and analyze promotional performance
• Capabilities to coordinate with other dept (Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing)
• Maintain and update Trade Marketing activity calendar
• Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) inventory and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• A diploma or certification in marketing or sales may also be accepted for junior roles
• 12 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, Retail Marketing or Administration
• Familiarity with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Start ups or Retail Industry is often preferred
• Experience working with Sales or Marketing teams is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel / Spreadsheet (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
• Experience with Odoo, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is helpful
• Strong attention to detail data & numbers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving and a proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of retail environments or shopper behavior is a bonus
