Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for marketing materials and logistics
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking for marketing activities
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing KPIs
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and documentation

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in marketing administration, coordination, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome for junior positions)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and project management
