Tournee and Event Staff (Japanese Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Served as a translator during PBL and MBL activities on the event day (conducted once per year for each program).
• Assisted the Project Leader in coordinating and supporting PBL & MBL activities during the event day.
• Translated materials and prepared supporting files/documents related to PBL & MBL programs.
• Participated in coordination meetings with the The Pokemon Company team for PBL & MBL activities (number of meetings as required).
• Assisted in guiding Japanese-speaking guests during tours, events, and on-site activities.
• Provided real-time interpretation support (JapaneseEnglish/Indonesian) as needed during events.
• Assisted in preparing bilingual materials and event-related documents.
• Collaborated with the event team to ensure activities ran according to the event plan.
