Job Description

We're Hiring: Rewards & HC Operations Manager

For Jakarta | Financial Services Company (Multi Finance)

If you have 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations, and you've handled payroll, incentives, salary structure, and compliance, this role is for you.

What You'll Own:

Total Rewards & Compensation

  • Lead end-to-end compensation & benefits strategy
  • Design and manage salary structure, job grading, and incentive schemes
  • Oversee annual salary review and bonus cycles
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee HR operations governance, policies, and SOP implementation
  • Monitor people cost budgeting in collaboration with Finance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BPJS, labor law, OJK if applicable)

Systems & Process Excellence

  • Improve and streamline HRIS and payroll systems
  • Drive process automation and operational efficiency
  • Establish strong controls and reporting mechanisms

We're Looking For:

  • 510+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards / HR Operations
  • Strong experience in payroll management, incentives, and salary structure design
  • Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, leasing, fintech, multi-finance preferred)
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance
  • Analytical mindset with budgeting and cost-control exposure
  • Proven ability to build or transform HR operational frameworks

You'll have the autonomy to drive real change and not just maintain processes.
