We're Hiring: Rewards & HC Operations Manager
For Jakarta | Financial Services Company (Multi Finance)
If you have 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations, and you've handled payroll, incentives, salary structure, and compliance, this role is for you.
What You'll Own:
Total Rewards & Compensation
- Lead end-to-end compensation & benefits strategy
- Design and manage salary structure, job grading, and incentive schemes
- Oversee annual salary review and bonus cycles
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and compliance
- Oversee HR operations governance, policies, and SOP implementation
- Monitor people cost budgeting in collaboration with Finance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BPJS, labor law, OJK if applicable)
Systems & Process Excellence
- Improve and streamline HRIS and payroll systems
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency
- Establish strong controls and reporting mechanisms
We're Looking For:
- 510+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards / HR Operations
- Strong experience in payroll management, incentives, and salary structure design
- Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, leasing, fintech, multi-finance preferred)
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance
- Analytical mindset with budgeting and cost-control exposure
- Proven ability to build or transform HR operational frameworks
You'll have the autonomy to drive real change and not just maintain processes.
