Bachelors degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in toll manufacturing, contract manufacturing, business developmentpreferably in FMCG, or food industries.
Strong understanding of end-to-end toll manufacturing processes, including capacity planning, production, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Capable of conducting market analysis, evaluating customer feasibility, and developing client acquisition strategies.
Solid knowledge of legal, commercial, and technical aspects of tolling agreements.
Results-driven and target-oriented with astrong sales mindset.
Handling OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) focuses on managing production by third-party manufacturers.
Willing to travel for business as required.
Qualifications
Formulate short-term and long-term strategies to optimize the utilization of factory machine capacity.
Ensure optimal fulfillment of production capacity by identifying and approaching potential private label customers at both national and international levels.
Facilitate the conversion of potential leads into formally registered customers.
Oversee and coordinate all operational processes, including capacity planning, production scheduling, and timely product delivery to customers.
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved in accordance with established plans and the existing registered customer base.
Conduct regular evaluations to measure the success rate of customer registration efforts.
Establish and maintain trust, a positive corporate image, and mutually beneficial relationships to support long-term and sustainable business partnerships.
Evaluate customer reliability by assessing their financial standing, distribution capabilities, and commitment to brand development.
