Responsibilities
About the team:
This role will support SMB (Small Medium Business) Platform-Level Projects where you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive GMV growth for our sellers or focus on internal optimizations. You will work within a dynamic environment, where each quarter's priorities are set based on platform most urgent needs. Success in this role means skillfully managing multiple complex projects, collaborating across functions, and influencing key stakeholders with data-backed insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Resource Maximization
Own the Campaign Vertical: Serve as the definitive SMB ambassador and strategic counterpart to the central IMC team across TikTok Shop.

Unlock Ecosystem Value: Influence without authority to align cross-functional OKRs. You will ruthlessly advocate for SMBs, maximizing the resources we extract from platform-level campaigns (traffic, subsidies, flash sale slots) to ensure our sellers are the focal point of every major commercial event.

2. Heavy Operations & Elite Data Analytics
Master the Data: Slice and dice massive, high-volume datasets like butter. Leverage Aeolus, Advanced Excel, and other analytical tools to turn ambiguous data into sharp, actionable strategic levers.

Diagnose the Funnel: Apply rigorous logic and flawless attention to detail to deconstruct the campaign lifecycle. You must definitively manage and optimize the operational funnel: Seller Eligibility → Participation Rate → Resource Allocation Efficiency → Conversion → GMV Growth.

3. Flawless Campaign Execution & ROI Delivery
Drive Outsized Incremental GMV: Take end-to-end, heavy-ops ownership of highly complex, quarterly platform campaigns optimized for massive revenue expansion.

Scale Impact: Manage concurrent, multi-threaded workstreams with zero drop-off in quality. Ensure that every dollar of secured IMC budget translates into an ROI that is exponentially greater than the sum of its parts.

4. Executive Synthesis & Communication
Narrative Ownership: Translate complex campaign data, operational bottlenecks, and strategic pivots into crisp, Amazon-style 1-pagers.

5. Drive Decisions: Communicate campaign post-mortems, live-event progress, and future resource needs leadership with logically airtight, data-backed precision.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years in high-stakes, detailed execution, and analytically rigorous environments (e.g., top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or hyper-growth tech strategy) with a proven track record of complex stakeholder management.
- Analytical & Ops Rigor: Elite quantitative skills paired with attention to detail. You naturally break down ambiguous, multi-variable campaign problems into MECE components and execute flawlessly at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Mindset: Zero ego, fiercely agile, and intellectually hungry. You thrive on a hyper-growth learning curve and care exclusively about driving outsized business impact in a high-velocity environment.
- Executive Presence: Highly proficient in synthesizing information, commanding a room, and driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to secure the wins your team needs.
