The Education & Engagement (E&E) team designs and delivers scalable initiatives to empower both sellers and internal stakeholders. Our mission is to drive measurable, impactful that aligned with business goals, by equipping sellers & internal users with the right knowledge, tools, and capabilities.
We focus on building structured knowledge ecosystems, enabling effective go-to-market (GTM) execution, and leveraging mass channels to educate and engage sellers at scale. By combining education, community, and data-driven insights, we aim to accelerate seller growth and platform performance.
About the role:
We are looking for a Knowledge Management & Community Manager (Education & Engagement Team) to own and optimize our end-to-end knowledge ecosystem while leading seller community engagement as a key scalable channel. This role sits at the intersection of knowledge management, GTM enablement, and seller engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring that knowledge is well-structured, actionable, and effectively distributed, while also leveraging the seller community as a primary channel to gather insights, drive education, and scale impact, with a strong focus on productization, AI-driven solutions, and operational efficiency. This role combines analytical thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. We're looking for candidates who are analytical, data-driven, and eager to create meaningful impact through insights and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
KM Related:
- Own and manage the knowledge repository, ensuring learning resources are structured, accessible, accurate, and aligned with business priorities, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Standardize and optimize workflows by developing end-to-end SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability of knowledge requests and processes.
- Translate business and product updates into actionable education, including creating seller showcases & best practices, educational materials, to drive adoption.
Community Manager Related:
- Own the seller community and drive community strategies (content, discussions, engagement initiatives) to educate and engage sellers. Grow and nurture the community in a sustainable way, ensuring continuous member activation, retention, and value creation.
- Leverage the community as a feedback loop to gather insights and inform internal teams.
- Drive scalability for community management through productization, automation, and AI solutions. Continuously optimize initiatives based on data insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years+ of experience in e-commerce, strategy, operations, education, or seller engagement/community-related roles.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
- Experience in project management and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in knowledge management, content systems, or building structured repositories.
- Experience in managing communities, engagement channels, or user-facing programs at scale.
- Familiarity with productization, automation, or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.
- Passion for driving scalable impact and improving operational efficiency.
