Responsibilities
About The Team:
In the Account Manager role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- As the primary Point Of Contact (POC) for Merchants inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with category Key Merchants Senior Leadership
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned high value and high potential customer's business needs, objectives, and challenges
- Identify and address any issues or concerns from Key Merchants, and implement solutions quickly
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services
- Provide strategic account planning and conduct regular business reviews for Key Merchants

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Proficiency in English is required
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
