Position: TikTok E-commerce Live Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tiktok E-commerce Live Operations Specialist for our client to manage and optimize livestream selling sessions across TikTok, Shopee, and other social commerce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring seamless live shopping experiences, driving engagement, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listing, pricing updates, and promotions.
- Set up and operate livestream sessions (camera, lighting, audio, broadcasting software).
- Partner with hosts/talents to deliver engaging livestream content.
- Monitor stream performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage on-screen visuals.
- Engage with live audiences by tracking comments, questions, and interactions.
- Prepare livestream line-ups and ensure product availability by collaborating with marketing, inventory, and fulfillment teams.
- Provide post-livestream reports and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (S1) with up to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and/or livestreaming (TikTok Live, Handling Tiktok Ecommerce)
- English speaking skill (MUST HAVE)
- Hands-on experience with livestream tools and equipment (e.g., OBS, lighting, audio setup).
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Basic editing or graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an advantage.
