About The Role

We seek people who are hungry to solve the problem, accountable & bring speed in everything they do. We are looking for a creative and data-driven TikTok Specialist (Content Team) to grow Tentang Anak's user base and engagement on TikTok. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience preferences. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, analytics, and audience engagement and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Own

Content Production

  • Create a minimum of 2 TikTok contents per day per platform in line with the brand voice and communication strategy (excluding backup/adhoc content.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process: trend research, scripting, shooting, editing, and uploading with optimized captions, hashtags, and music.
  • Ensure consistency in visual, audio, and storytelling quality to meet brand standard

Performance Monitoring & Report

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on platform growth (followers, engagement rate, views, reach.
  • Measure content effectiveness against KPIs (e.g., consistency of reach and growth rate.
  • Provide data-driven insights for future content strategy.

Ideation & Innovation

  • Actively research TikTok trends (algorithm, formats, music, challenges)
  • Propose creative content ideas relevant to the target audience while maintaining brand positioning.
  • Experiment with new formats (interactive, duet, short storytelling, series.

Creative & Collaborative Mindset

  • Collaborate closely with the content team, designers, and brand strategists to maintain consistent tone & voice.
  • Balance algorithm-driven and brand-driven content to ensure growth without damaging brand image.
  • Stay open to feedback and actively contribute creative input for cross-platform campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of working experience in the content and creative industry.
  • Proven experience as a content creator is a plus, someone who grows their own social media account.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing TikTok, preferably within the parenting or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of each platform's algorithms, content types, and best practice.
  • Creative thinker with excellent writing and captioning
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools and able to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details
