We seek people who are hungry to solve the problem, accountable & bring speed in everything they do. Our TikTok Shop is a key growth engine, and we're looking for a TikTok Content Specialist who can create scroll-stopping, high-impact content that drives both engagement and sales.
What You'll Own
- Content Creation & Strategy: Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok videos aligned with shop campaigns and audience interests.
- Channel Growth: Drive reach and visibility by analyzing trends, experimenting with new content formats, and testing ideas that stand out.
- Audience Engagement: Craft interactive, shareable content that builds community and encourages meaningful engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track content performance and sales impact, adjusting strategy to maximize conversion from viewer to buyer.
- Collaboration: Work closely with shop, promo, and live streaming teams to align content with sales events and priorities.
What Success Looks Like
- TikTok channel reach and visibility significantly increased within 612 months (target: double views and followers from current baseline).
- Engagement metrics improved (likes, comments, shares up by at least 50%).
- Consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand TikTok videos at least 35 times per week, with measurable contribution to shop sales.
Requirements
You're a Fit If
- You have 12 years of experience creating TikTok or short video content that drives real engagement.
- You're creative, resourceful, and data-minded you care about what works and are always testing new ideas.
- You have a strong grasp of TikTok trends, tools, and formats, and can adapt them for commercial impact.
- You take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do.
- You're excited to learn fast, iterate, and help build something meaningful.
