Develop high-quality video content from start to finish based on briefs from the Social Media team, including script development, video production, acting as the primary talent, and final editing.
Manage and submit video content consistently to meet the agreed-upon content numbers and production schedule.
Take full ownership of the TikTok social media account to grow brand presence and engagement.
Execute content uploads and optimize the shop experience by integrating direct product links to drive sales conversion.
Regularly monitor and evaluate content performance metrics to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
Provide creative insights and strategic recommendations to ensure all generated content aligns with the brand identity while matching current platform behaviors and trends.
Job Requirement:
At least 2 years experience as a content creator.
Strong creative and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in photography, videography, or graphic design.
Willing to work Hybrid in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
