Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Outreach: Initiate calls to prospects (outbound) or take incoming calls, explaining product/service features and benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Ask questions to understand customer needs, address doubts, and handle grievances professionally.
  • Order Processing: Take and process orders accurately, and update customer information in the database (CRM).
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and potentially send emails to nurture leads.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Inform customers about new products or related offers to increase sales.
  • Reporting: Keep records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (quotas).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to speak in Thai.
  • Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Prior experience in a Telesales/Marketing environment.
  • Awareness of current affairs in relevant markets/countries.
  • Team player with strong engagement, maturity, and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
