Testing Manager (QA)

We are looking for an experienced Testing Manager (QA) to support an upcoming project implementation.

Position Details

• Position: Testing Manager (QA)
• Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)
• Work Arrangement: Full onsite (WFO)
• Location: Kebayoran, South Jakarta
• Project Start / Onboarding: End of November 2026

Mandatory Requirements

• QA Management Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a QA Testing Manager.
• Banking / Insurance Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the banking or insurance industry is mandatory.
• End-to-End Project Implementation: Proven experience managing at least 2–3 end-to-end project implementations or rollouts as a Testing Manager. Candidates must clearly detail these projects and their responsibilities in their CV.
• API Testing: Expert-level proficiency in API testing using Postman is mandatory.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination
