Hiring: QA Testing Manager | Jakarta (Onsite) | 1-Year Contract (Extendable)

We are looking for a QA Testing Manager with banking or insurance domain experience to lead testing teams and coordinate cross-team delivery.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3–4 years as a QA Testing Manager

2–3 end-to-end project/roll-out cycles as Testing Manager

API testing with Postman – strong proficiency (10/10)

Banking or insurance track record – minimum 2–3 years (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – mandatory

Ability to manage and coordinate own team

Ability to coordinate with other teams and stakeholders

Confident in discussions, follow-ups, and handling differing opinions

What You'll Do:

Lead QA testing teams and manage testing delivery

Manage end-to-end testing across project roll-outs

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Perform API testing using Postman

Follow up on tasks and issues professionally

Ensure quality delivery and timely resolution of testing issues
