Beca is expanding our technology capability, and we're looking for a
Test Analyst to support testing and environment coordination across our core Enterprise Applications. You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, and environment leads to ensure our systems are stable, secure, and delivering real value to the business.
This is a handson role where you will execute manual and automated testing, support development environments, contribute to system enhancements, and play a key role in major enterprise application rollouts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute manual & automated testing (API, integration, module, functional, data quality, security)
- Draft test scripts, develop use cases, document test results & present findings
- Maintain test & development environments in collaboration with environment leads
- Support bug fixes, system enhancements & release activities
- Contribute to implementation projects including Workday & Datapay
- Test new releases for platforms such as Oracle Fusion, reviewing business value & integration impacts
- Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and ensure compliance with standards & audit requirements
- Collaborate with a core test team and leverage specialists across the business
About You
You're an experienced
Test Analyst with 58 years in testing and environment coordination for enterprise applications. You bring attention to detail, a problemsolving mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have strong experience in API, integration, module, functional, data quality, and security testing
- Are familiar with Playwright, Azure DevOps (ADO), and automation techniques
- Can document and communicate test results clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Work comfortably under tight deadlinesindependently or in a team
- Enjoy contributing to system improvements and ensuring reliable releases
