- Lead and drive sales network team to achieve the best target
- Set and develop action plan and execute sales strategy in the respective area
- Negotiate with partners to implement potential activities
- Schedule regular visit to all types of partners and understand partners business to identify potential to maximize results.
- Exhibiting leadership by sharing best practice across districts.
Requirements:
- Min 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferred from Multi finance, Mobile phone, Electronic or Banking Sector)
- Proven leadership by leading min. 200 - 500 team members
- Strong market understanding in specific area
- Strong partnership and leadership skill
- Willing to work at Jakarta
