Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with tenants to professionally address their needs, concerns, and inquires
  • Provide tenants with information regarding building facilities, events, etc
  • Collect feedback and suggestions from all tenants for continuous improvements and relay this information to the management team
  • Offer tenants information regarding their rights and responsibilities
  • Act as a mediator in tenant disputes or issues, working towards the best resolutions
  • Timely and responsive communication in handling work-related emails and chat inquiries
  • Prepare daily or monthly report

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in Tenant Relation/Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, management, and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address tenant concerns and disputes
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Placement at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang
