TEMPO SCAN MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - FOR DISTRIBUTION DIVISION

Tempo Scan Management Trainee (TSMT) is a platform for young talents to become future leaders in Tempo Scan Group. These best young talents would be placed in the key positions of sales, operations, supply chain and finance unit at the Distribution division to ensure the sustainability of the business in the future.

DISTRIBUTION DIVISION

The Distribution Division is the business unit that plays an important role in distributing the Tempo Scan products to customers, which necessitates a synchronized long term planning with Tempo Scan's manufacturing and marketing units, as well as in distributing products from external principals, given the complex distribution and logistics landscape in Indonesia. The product portfolio includes consumer health, pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods and cosmetics.

The Division serves the customers from 51 sales branches throughout Indonesia, covering Pharma, Modern Trade, and General Trade channels.

The companies under the division are headquartered at Tempo Scan Tower, Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Kav. 3-4, South Jakarta with branches and operational coverage throughout Indonesia

Who We Are Looking For

General Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience
• Actively involved as a leader in organizational or committee activities
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
• Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Willing to be placed anywhere nationwide

Streams Available :

1.TSMT DIST - Sales (Code: TSMT DIST- SAL)

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, Logistics, or Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Strong passion for sales
• Knowledge of or strong interest in sales, consumer goods, and consumer behavior
• Able to drive a car or ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license (A and/or C)

2. TSMT DIST - Operation (Code: TSMT DIST- OPR)

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, or Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Strong passion for branch operational management
• Knowledge of or strong interest in logistics and distribution services
