Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor, and empower your team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure all telesales activities are aligned with company SOPs and compliance standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to boost motivation and productivity
  • Compile and analyze operational reports, ensuring data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to improve strategies, campaigns, and customer experience
  • Continuously develop your team's skills through coaching and on-the-job learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketing/Telesales Supervisor, experience in Fintech is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience managing at least 5 Team Leaders and 75 agents
  • Comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken)
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and processes quickly
  • Strong selling, coaching, and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic organization
