Responsibilities

Lead, monitor, and empower your team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure all telesales activities are aligned with company SOPs and compliance standards
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to boost motivation and productivity
Compile and analyze operational reports, ensuring data-driven decisions
Collaborate closely with other departments to improve strategies, campaigns, and customer experience
Continuously develop your team's skills through coaching and on-the-job learning

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketing/Telesales Supervisor, experience in Fintech is a strong advantage
Proven experience managing at least 5 Team Leaders and 75 agents
Comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken)
Fast learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and processes quickly
Strong selling, coaching, and problem solving skills
Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic organization
