Are you a confident communicator with a passion for education and sales Join our dynamic team as a Telesales Executive, where you’ll play a key role in connecting with parents, students, and communities to promote our school’s programs and offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective parents and students via phone to introduce school programs and admissions opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, facilities, and enrollment processes.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and applications to support the admissions team.
- Maintain a database of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly/monthly telesales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone manner with persuasive selling abilities.
- Previous telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for education and helping families find the right school fit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
