What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Support administrative processes for Marketing activities, including Corporate Communication, Brand, Creative, and Digital/Website.
- Prepare project documents such as internal memos, proposals, internal approval documents, and communication activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Procurement teams regarding payment and procurement processes.
- Conduct simple budget monitoring and tracking for Marketing activities.
- Support coordination and administrative needs in the execution of online and offline campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors regarding production needs and event/campaign execution.
- Manage and archive Corporate Communication materials, including documentation of major company events.
- Ensure all documents and activities are properly organized and documented for audit purposes.
- Support employer branding initiatives, such as documenting internal activities, producing employee communication materials, and executing employee-related campaigns.
What Is Required and What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Experience in administration or marketing support is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work with a large volume of documents.
- Able to work within dynamic timelines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of financial administrative processes is an advantage.
