Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia at St Gabriel&aposs Pre - University. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, deal closure and training-related tasks on a daily basis.

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales skills
• Training skills
• Previous experience in telesales or customer-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English is beneficial
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
