Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce HRIS products.
  • Educate prospects about product features and benefits.
  • Identify client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos with the sales/business development team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive communication approach aligned with the company's brand.
  • Follow up on leads until conversion or proper handover to the sales team.
  • Record and update all sales activities in the company's system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business).
  • 1-3 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand software/tech products.
  • Resilient and able to handle high call volumes daily.
  • Proficient in using computers, office tools (Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude, proactive, with good negotiation skills.
  • Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Previous experience in HR software company.
  • There is an opportunity to become a full-time employee if the targets are met.
