About the Role
TEH Group is seeking highly motivated and aggressive Telesales professionals to join our Delegate Acquisition team. Your main role is to invite and convert business professionals into confirmed delegates for our premium B2B technology events across Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted prospects.
- Introduce and promote TEH Group events to decision-makers and professionals.
- Convert prospects into confirmed attendees for upcoming events.
- Follow scripts and value propositions tailored for each event.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of call outcomes and registrations.
- Achieve weekly KPIs: number of calls, conversations, and confirmed delegates.
- Build strong rapport and represent TEH Group professionally on every call.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, call center, or phone-based outreach.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable calling executives.
- Highly target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive weekly targets.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
