Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound communication with B2B prospects via phone, WA Business & mailchimp other digital channels
  • Overview Cybershield's cybersecurity services
  • Identify and understand prospective clients IT security needs and challenges
  • Schedule follow-up meetings, demos, or discussions with Business Development team
  • Maintain, update, and manage prospect information accurately in the CRM system
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups until prospects are ready to move into the next stages
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls made, leads generated, and meetings set)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, inside sales, or lead generation (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach
  • Ability to build good relation with prospective clients
  • Good listening skills to identify customer needs and pain points
  • Target-driven and able to work with daily and monthly KPIs
  • Interest in technology or cybersecurity services is a plus
