This is a full-time role for a Telesales Specialist at St. Gabriel's Pre-University in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales activities to promote the institution's programs and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Lead generation, sales, and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and handling enquiries/complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus
