Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telemarketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, answering inquiries, and maintaining customer information. This on-site role is located in Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in telemarketing or a similar role is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing/telesales
• Able to work with targets and under pressure
• Plus point: knowledge of the manufacturing, architecture, and construction industries
