Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective clients
  • Introduce SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, SAP modules)
  • Identify and qualify leads (basic needs, industry, decision makers)
  • Schedule meetings or demos for SAP Sales / Account Manager teams
  • Follow up prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily call and lead targets

Requirements

  • Experience 2 years as Telesales / Telemarketing (IT or ERP industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented and resilient
  • Familiarity with ERP or SAP concepts is an advantage
