Lead and oversee the Telemarketing Team in the selling of products to a list of prospects.
Responsible for contact the customer, negotiate, provide product explanation to customers by telephone.
Build and lead telemarketing team for future business scale expansion.
Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
Manage inbound / outbound targets of each telemarketing agent together with Supervisor and Team Leader.
Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
Prepares and presents weekly and monthly reports to Management.
Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Monitor, support and correct team member works to achieve daily targets.
Day to day motivation and management of Telemarketing team.
Other task s will assign based on Company needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience as Telemarketing Manager
Prefer specialized in loan product telemarketing experience from Fintech/Banking
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
Good communication skills in English

Able to work with deadlines and high pressure, positive, and responsible attitude required
