Responsible for checking the quality of the Agent in conducting tele in accordance with applicable standard procedures.
Informing the findings of defect Agents in conducting tele to be followed up on the improvement process.
Recommending development programs to improve the ability of each Agent in accordance with the established strategy.
Job Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in all major.
Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Assurance or SPV/Head Tele Marketing/Collection position; or a minimum of 3 years experience in Tele Staff position.
Have a good communication, negotiation, analytical, creative, fast & flexible learner, good under pressure, and detail oriented.
Have a good public speaking, training/mentoring/coaching skills.
Familiar with Ms. Office and Google Workspaces.
Understanding the business processes of a finance company is a plus.
