This is a full-time on-site role located in Surabaya for a Teknik Sipil professional. The responsibilities include managing construction projects, conducting site inspections, preparing technical reports, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional duties include monitoring project timelines, managing resources, and addressing any technical challenges to ensure timely project completion.

• Proficiency in construction project management, site inspections, and technical reporting
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, and other relevant civil engineering software
• Skills in resource management, problem-solving, and team collaboration
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and methodologies
• Prior experience in property development or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
