Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role blends design sensibility with material expertise—ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and natural surfaces.

As part of our design team, you'll work closely with clients, project consultants, and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and oversee stone-integrated projects from conception to execution. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our materials are thoughtfully specified and skillfully integrated into each unique project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development process from initial concept to final execution, integrating natural stone solutions across a variety of residential and commercial applications.

• Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and material-driven design proposals.

• Research and ideate new design concepts, experimenting with surface applications, formats, and detailing.

• Prepare and present design boards, drawings, mood concepts, 3D visuals, and technical documents.

• Collaborate with internal production teams and site coordinators to ensure quality delivery of design intent.

• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including contractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Conduct regular site visits and project reviews to ensure alignment with design vision.

• Stay informed on industry trends, material innovations, and design benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture or interior design, preferably within a design-and-build or material-related context.

• A strong sense of spatial composition, materiality, and technical detailing.

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent visualization, communication, and project management skills.

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work under deadlines.

• Familiarity with construction documents, technical specifications, and regulatory codes.

• Passion for architecture, interiors, and the evolving role of materials in spatial design.
