Job Description

  • Deliver training programs for agents, including product knowledge, sales processes, and basic selling skills.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, presentation decks, and sales support tools.
  • Support the execution of sales activation programs, contests, and campaign implementations to drive agency performance.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer in Financial Services Industry.
  • Strong training, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel preferred).
