Our Daily Bread Ministries is looking for a Technology Services Lead to provide front-line IT support and coordinate technology work intake across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, prioritizing requests, and delivering an excellent user experience. Must reside in or near Jakarta.
What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests across APAC
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and access issues
- Manage and prioritize support tickets; escalate complex issues to global IT teams
- Support new hire onboarding, device setup, and user access provisioning
- Provide basic user training and IT best-practice guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, issues, and solutions
- Act as APAC Work Intake Coordinator: log, clarify, and route new technology requests
- Collaborate with global Technology Services and Enterprise Applications teams
- Support remote users (VPN, remote desktop, collaboration tools)
- Assist with updates, patching, and routine system maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT helpdesk or technical support (ticketing systems preferred)
- Solid understanding of basic hardware, software, and networking
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
- Commitment to living and growing in alignment with biblical principles
