Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct socialization of new initiatives to operational through presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
Lead or assist technical meetings with field stakeholders.
Develop and deliver on-site training for users on new initiatives.
Provide daily operational support and assistance during the rollout in the field.
Ensure safeguarding and compliance with established standards and procedures during implementation.
Conduct daily monitoring and review with the operations, to ensure immediate corrective actions are taken.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Technology, Information Systems/ Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
Having 13 years of experience in Project Management or Project Implementation
Strong interest in digital technology and its application in agriculture/ plantation operations.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language for field users.
Comfortable learning and operating new digital tools, applications, or systems.
Willingness to work on-site during the rollout assignment schedule.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Open to continuous learning, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to the digital transformation of plantation operations.
