Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic devices such as smartphones, consumer electronics, and computer hardware. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, performing diagnostic tests, replacing faulty components, and ensuring that devices meet performance and quality standards. Additionally, the Technician will collaborate with the customer care team to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with smartphones, consumer electronics, and computer hardware
• Experience in repairing and maintaining electronic devices, including component replacement
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on repaired products
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and assisting customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electronics or related fields is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with advancements in electronics technology
