Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Handbag Product Technician located in Denpasar. The Handbag Product Technician will be responsible for providing technical engineering designs, new construction for handbags & accessories, troubleshooting issues, and conducting ongoing reviews and performance of handbag products. Day-to-day tasks include new construction development, diagnosing problems, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all products meet The Sak's high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in handbags, including troubleshooting and product engineering.
• Proven experience in production line management, including work allocation and output standards.
• Familiarity with paper pattern making is a strong advantage.
• Ability to train and support team members effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Prior experience in the handbag or fashion industry is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Denpasar.
