Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Writer located in Jakarta. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and instructional materials. The role involves gathering and analyzing information, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring that all materials are clear and accessible to a variety of audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform onsite attendance 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), excluding national holidays and collective leave, following the company's working hours.
- Assist in preparing implementation guidelines, technical guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOP), and other administrative documents required by the Security Architecture Department.
- Manage and control departmental documentation, including payment documents, project management documents, change management documents, procurement documents, and operational dashboards.
- Develop content and supporting materials for Security Awareness Programs.
- Process, organize, and present data in a clear and understandable format, including dashboards, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, and ad-hoc reports.
- Monitor and maintain operational dashboards within the Security Architecture Department.
- Support the preparation and administration of business and non-business activities related to Information Security and Security Architecture, including audits, assessments, policy documentation, technical guidelines, SOPs, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration, technical documentation, technical writing, or related IT functions.
- Strong technical writing and digital writing skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and professional documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, documentation tools, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and document management capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Information Security, IT Governance, IT Operations, or Security Architecture environments.
- Knowledge of IT policies, standards, procedures, risk management, audit processes, and compliance documentation.
- Experience in preparing SOPs, work instructions, policies, technical guidelines, and operational reports.
- Experience in creating social media content, awareness campaigns, or educational content is an advantage.
