About The Role

To provide support in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors) while undergoing structured training to develop technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training programs on rotating equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Learn company standards, safety procedures, and quality control systems.
  • Assist senior engineers/technicians in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Support in disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of rotating equipment under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and work orders.
  • Help maintain workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
  • Provide support during mobilization, execution, and testing phases of repair projects.
  • Assist in site activities including equipment installation, commissioning, and client demonstrations.

Competencies and behavior required (What strengths needed)

  • Strong interest in repair, maintenance, and service engineering.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to field assignments.

Qualifications/Experience And Knowledge Required

  • Diploma's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 1 years of experience in technical/engineering roles.
  • Basic knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors).
