Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Supervisor to expand their market presence and build strong client relationships across multiple product categories.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Promote and sell building materials, pipes, slurry pumps, and industrial products to distributors, contractors, and project owners
✅ Build strong relationships with customers and conduct regular field visits
✅ Achieve sales targets and prepare product presentations and proposals
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
✅ Lead and supervise sales team members
Requirements
✅ Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
✅ At least 2:5 years of B2B sales experience in building materials, pipes, or industrial equipment
✅ Strong product knowledge and existing network in construction/industrial sectors
✅ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✅ Business-level English proficiency
✅ Proven leadership and team management abilities
✅ Willing to conduct regular field visits
